ok I started aug 15 , sept 11 I started seeing not white but just red hairs at first, its sept 24 and now I see white hairs with red on the tip and the last pic is what it looks like right now.They plant isnt any bigger I think it just started flowing to early or more like I planted it to late lolz buts its my first grow I just wanted to expirement ....

THE RED HAIRS- well, this is because you are growing outside (probably low night time temperatures) and you are starting late in the season.. thanks for the pictures..

so its there any way i can force it back to vegatation and keep growing it bigger until I want to force it back to flowering or will that not be good?
 
that would not be the best idea, let it take its course now, the only way u could re-veg it would be to bring it inside which would stress it badly, maybe causing a hermie, dont need that now do u.. imo just leave her outside and harvest it when its ready
