Thought I would post a separate journal so that any one interested in this new cross can see how I grow it without digging through my outdoor journal.

I started the seeds in Rapid Rooters in my bathroom getting natural light through the window during the day and turning the light on at night.

Thats just how we roll hahaha :)

Ten for ten sprouted within 3 days and the day after they look like this

Going to transplant them tomorrow into 1 gallon pots with Pro Mix soil and put them outdoors in the shade, making sure they dont dry out.

I'm hoping for at least 4 females that I can add to my outdoor garden.

I'll be doing them in both, all of them will be grown in super soil with plain water.

The ones in Smart Pots will be half super soil half roots organic, and the ones in the ground will be in holes that have been dug out and filled in with super soil.

If the plants fade too early I'll top dress with super soil.

No liquid nutes for me this year.

I saw that your testers popped ridiculously fast too.

This strain is just dying to get out there.

yea, they are getting fat and thick leaves already. I plan on taking my best cuttings and getting them into my green house later in the year. I am super excited to see these babies all big.

just a friendly reminder,......your smarties may need something more than a top-dress to get them through......if you don't want to go with bottles, i would recommend coming up with a tea recipe you can have ready for a back-up......the thing about smarties, is one their depth is shallower, so it is hard to get a concentrated mix in the bottom.....two, they demand twice the water as hard pots, so you have to take the leach factor into effect.........use the scout philosophy........bob and weave brother, bob and weave!

Thanks for the advice nugs i'll look into it, what do you think about Maxsea?

Transplanted all the seedlings into 1 gallon pots with a mixture of Pro Mix and Roots Organic soil.

they lookin smexy,, i shall be watching... check out my grow bro... ill be getting 7 more strains... and have you ever used dutchmaster liquidlight and saturater.. ive been wonderingif i can use these durring flower

How long can do you take before you leave seedlings in the sun for the whole day without moving them into shade?

yea im in 65 gal smart pots outside and you definately have to water more often. I used about 45% SS when transplanting from 5 gallons and i plan to supplement with mexican and indonesian bat guano and kelp when my heavy feeding Jillybeans get hungry. My jillybeans are already out growing their 5ftx4ft scrog screens.

We can now see differences in each pheno with the different leaf structures and length between nodes, #6 and #9 are my favorite.

Well its gonna be in the 90's the next few days and after that high 80's so they're really gonna start jumping.

Roots are nicely established and the upward growth is starting to take off!

I'm not gonna top them until they show sex.

Good job! I wish I had your temps. Clearly doing better than the test Pre-98 Bubba X Querkle I have going -- temps in the 50's just don't favor this variety. I'm also seeing a bit more variation than your photos show. Best of luck in your venture.
