Pre-Flowering Question

I have plants that have been vegging for around 12 weeks now and are starting to show signs of sex (pre-flowering). The days will not shorten for a good 3 months from now. Will these plants flower now or will they stay in pre-flower until the days get shorter? The days are a bit under 14 hours of light where I live (So. Cal)
 
pre-flower is a normal part of development. they will continue to develop more and more bud sites from here on out. nothing to worry about.

oh, yeah, maturity usually won't happen till the days shorten. some strains will go ahead and finish but most wait for shorter days.
