can a female preflower at its first day or 2 look somewhat like a male ball untill it grows pistils??? please comment

no im sorry but i just looked closer and at the top i just found out SHES A GIRL 
BUT the next level down theres the set of 1 little green pod im not sure if this is a hermi. do pistils all come in at the same time or do they come in from the top down??
