Pre filter strands on buds in tent

Hey dudes I'm finding my carbon filters pre filter which is polyester is somehow falling down on my plants in the grow tent. I'm finding tiny strands of the polyester on some buds / leafs. I will be picking up a new pre filter tomorrow but should I worry about smoking the buds now? Thanks!!

Are you drawing air through the filter or pushing air through it. If it is having air drawn through it then nothing should be able to fall off of it. At least while it's running. If you are blowing air though it the pre-filter should not be on it.

Are you sure it's not something else?
Anyway just wash the buds when you harvest and try vacuuming or picking off the fiber off now.

I'm drawing air through it. It's always running so I didn't think anything could fall from it because of the suction. I'll just take it off until the new one comes and pick off what I can. 100% sure its the poly batting that is used for pre filters or intake filters. I do use a can-fan intake filter: https://growershouse.com/can-fan-intake-filter-6-in so I guess it could be coming from that. Either way its deff the poly stands.
