ppm levels

What should the ppm be of a gallon solution of 1/4 strength bloom nutes (FF Big Bloom) be that is being used on a plant started at 12/12 from seed which is now about 7 weeks old? (flowering initiated)




Also, what would the ppm be of just a regular nuteless watering?
