Will,power outage,,,for,,couple, hours down,effect my,flowering, phase, ,,bout,,4- 5 hours tops ,power was out,,,,,now timing, is off

Just reset your timers and you'll be good.
Happens from time to time.
I switched to digital timers that way if the power goes down you don't have to run around resetting timers as the digital ones will save the time & settings for a few days.

So stick with my regular, 12/12 time I was on because,my timing is all off

They were 9 a to 9 p. Now I'm around, 12 pm lights on ,time all of,should I leave them ,as Is or resume back to 9am to 9pm

Reset your timers back to the time they were on.

Think of getting digital timers so you don't have to mess w it in the future.
