Powdery Mildew

I'm pretty sure I've got powdery mildew on some clones I picked up last week. I've got a light coat of white spores on two leaves so far so what do I do? I cut the leaves off that were infected, but do I have to toss the plants too?

No. I would lightly spray with Fungicide 3 to keep a recurrence from happening. You'll have to watch your grow for the entire time and remain diligent to beat it. I'd go so far as to scrub down my grow area and disinfect or lysol the hell out of it as well after your grow, to make sure no dormant spores are waiting around to infect the next grow.

I would toss them. powder mildew from the start is never a good sign of things to come. If you are going to be bringing clones home from the club or a buddys house It is always a good idea to treat or dip them before introducing them into your grow area. I use a mixture of eagle20, avid and floaramite to kill any fungus or bugs that might have hitched a ride. If the clones are a really good strain that you will have a hard time tossing, treating them with eagle 20 will keep you in good shape. If your space is big enough invest in a sulpher burner also, this is good preventative and treatment in the grow area. Just dont use the burner or the eagle 20 after 3-4weeks tops of flowering. Hope this helps.
