Just be careful not to stress your plant leaves with the wind from the fans. Try and get as low powered of a fan as possible if the fan will be directly blowing on the leaves. And oscillating for sure. A few higher powered fans under and over your plants can help the air flow as well.
I have a question for the growers out there: do you run your water in hydro when the lights are off? I am doing dwc/bubbleponics in buckets, and run the water 24/7. Someone mentioned that I should turn the water off during the dark cycle, as this would reduce powdery mildew from occurring, due to the reduced humidity levels in the room during the dark cycle. (when powdery mildew supposedly likes to form). According to him when the lights are off the plants don't need the water, and the lack of water actually increases bud production. I've been too scared to try it.
