when you plant seeds in a pot is it smarter to only plant one seed or can you plant a bunch?

if you can plant a bunch should you plant em all in one hole or spread the holes out from each other?

one plant per hole - one hole per pot - so one plant per pot

i grow in hydro so i just add my nutes to the reservoir. the grow faqs can be your best friend.

well what if your not growing hydro how should you do it???? also what are nutes?

i just sterilized my own soil but when i waterd it it became a muddy substance but it did drain and the pH levels are correct....should it have been muddy?

When you add water to dirt you get mud. You should really try a potting mixture and read the FAQs.

You watered it to much if its muddy. try adding some perlite to your soil so it drains better and has more body. As for nutes and fertilizer you usually don't want to add any till your plants have been in veg for at least 3 or so weeks. Then you start at about 1/4 to 1/2 strength of what it says on the bottle. and see how your plants react.
