Potential Problems Maybe, Please Help

So I was looking a t my plant its a couple of weeks away from harvest and I notice a dried up green leaf protruding from one of the smaller side colas, and thought it was odd cause only the fan leaves have been turning yellow and dropping. So I tugged on it and out came the leaf along with some bud that was dry. It was only a small amount maybe gram or less of the cola that was dried up. I thought it was an isolated event maybe the ants that are around chewed through it, but sure enough found to more side colas with a dried leaf sticking out and some dried bud when i pulled the leaf. Any ideas, didnt look like any mold was growing on it, the plant gets lots of sun.

could be caterpillars theyy naw through ur bud and they dry up and die, another explaination would be bud rot, i found some bud rot 2 day on one of my girls and cut off the affected area
