I find new growers really scared of training their plants in any way. I beat the fuck out of these little whores and they do nothing but come back stronger than ever with a nice bushy structure.
Now look at em. (yes there had been more beatings after the previous picture, just makes them even nicer bushes)

/\ /\ /\ In Veg atleast, but it’s not ideal to stress anything in bloom out, ESPECIALLY after first signs of flowers. But yeah, in Veg, they can take loads of stress; bending, topping, branch removal, he’ll punch and kick it, and as long as you keep the root zone intact and give it time to grow out, all is well.
