Pot Question!!?

Hello Rollitup.
I'm giving my solution to my girls same amount But when i remove pots i noticed that one of them is too heavy and it seems like this:

I'm putting these nutes to 10liter water 12.5ML Rhizotonic,10ML Bio Vega,2drop superthrive and 10ML cannazyme.
Before i give the solution to my girls i'm checking the ph and it's 6.0 than i'm adding a little ph up when my ph meter says it's 6.5 than i'm giving the solution to my girls..
But as you can see i'm doing something wrong?
 
It looks like over watering has caused the plant to lock out water/nutrients. If the others are drinking and this one is not. I lift pots to check for when they are ready for water/nutes and if one is really heavy I pass on giving it anything until it sorts itself out. I would let it dry out and see if it comes around. Flushing is not the answer.
