It seems to me that they are creating a legal and a political mine field that will in the end do away with the unfair and basically evil money grabbing paid of politicians by changing state laws and raising public awareness.
Unfortunately some pot heads will be blown up in the process lol

there are more people out who consider state laws more important to daily life than federal laws, and the feds dont seem to have the resources to keep up.

The citizens of Denver passed some type of voter referendum "legalizing" small amounts of weed in the city, but the cops and the Denver D.A. have stated they have no intention of listening to the people, the say weed is still illegal under CO law, and there are currently a few cases where charges of simple possession were pursued in Denver in spite of the referendum, have to see how they work it out.
