I'm really exhausted right now so if I'm not explaining something clearly enough for you please let me know.
This is my third grow. I'm still really new to all this and had a couple problems with my first two grows that I was able to figure out but with this grow I have no idea what is going on. I really hope it hasn't passed the point of where this plant is going to die before maturity or something. I'm thinking the problem is a combination of Mn, Mg and Ca deficiencies but I just don't know for sure. Aside from what the affected leaves look like in the pictures some of their stems are dark purple/red, but not all of them.
Strain is G13 Labs PE auto-flowering
Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil, I don't know the exact ph of it but their website says it's 6.3-6.8, will be getting a soil test kit soon
My tap water is ph'd to 6.3 and right now it's all I'm using to feed.
Temps are around 75-80f with the light on (~40% RH) and 70-72f with the light off (~50% RH).
The light I'm using is a 240w Spectra LED
Seed was started in a solo cup and then transplanted to a 2.5gal bucket after 14 days.
I don't really know what's going on with this plant it seems like multiple problems and I've spent the better part of the last week reading just about every deficiency guide I can find and I still can't pinpoint what exactly is going on here and during that time the issue has gotten a lot worse. I probably should have asked something earlier but I tend to not ask questions until I feel I'm completely stumped and can't find what I need to know from searching around. Only thing I can think to note is that I feel I might have given it too much calmag+ too early on. I started using 5ml calmag+ per gallon about 19 days into the plant's life from seed (15 days from when the cotyledons were out. After a few days of using it I saw a few barely noticeable yellow "irregularities" on a couple of leaves but they weren't prominent enough for me to accurately judge what they were. I stopped feeding with the calmag+ when I saw it and went back to just ph'd tap water. Everything was fine but then out of nowhere after about two weeks or so it started getting really bad really fast. Today is day 42 from seed and I've finally given up on trying to figure this out for myself and could really use some help here. Pictures are in the attachments.
Edit: I should probably also note that this isn't affecting the whole plant. It is mainly concentrated on the leaves around the top of the main cola and on a few other random leaves here and there.
Thanks in advance!
