Ok...i've been doing some research..come to find out the city that my hospital is in...medicinal marijuana is legal. If I were to move to this city...would i then be able to get qualified for medical marijuana?

Every state w/ medical marijuana is different.

I was required to show proof of residency. Just moving there doesn't make you a resident of the State in most cases.

are you are under a dr.s care? are you taking any medication? do you have an ailment that marijuana provides relief of? then yes you may possibly qualify for medical marijuana. you have to find a dr. that will prescribe it for your ailment.

in ca you can get it from a doc, but for the state issued card you have to bring your doctors note and proof of residence, like a utility bill showing you live in that county permanantly
