ok so check this out everyone. i am a wa state patient, the other day i went into my local dispensary and ask him how i would go about setting up a grow to supply the dispensary. the owner than went to the back of the office and came back with a binder. he opened it and showed me a paper that all of his lawyers had came up with that was both legal and safe. they have a house with 6 rooms filled. each room contains cards for 3 patients and 45 plants. and theyre lawyers are the ones who set it up. so sevenhourworkweek i dont know why your bashing people when it is you who dont know what your talking about. jus thought id peep in on prefontaine behalf.

The guy at your local dispensary is in violation of the law. If he ever gets searched/raided, he is going to jail for felony cultivation with intent. If he has more than 100 plants, it will most likely be handed over to the DEA and your dispensary owner will serve 5+ years in federal prison.

Just because people do it, doesn't make it legal.

You guys are silly. No, you will be prosecuted. You guys haven't proved anything at all. If you are seeking legal advice on a forum, because you are too ignorant to look up the law yourself, and have a total of two posts because you are here today gone tomorrow, that's the kind of person you want to do business with, great...glad you kids want to destroy an awesome thing WA state has going for it. Yeah, man, f--- the law, it's not like it's there to protect you or anything. You CAN ONLY HAVE 15 plants per patient per member of the collective garden. Collective gardening laws were put in place to kick douches like the guy who started the post out of the business. He has no regard for the law. He said so. You guys are ALL being childish. I'm not taking sides, but if I had to, I'd side with the guy who obviously knows what he's talking about. It doesn't take a smart person to read the law and understand it. I hope you get a lawyer who can plead a case to save all your asses if you are not in compliance. Judges will not simply toss the case because the law isn't explicit enough for you, a layman, to read, whether (s)he even attempted to do so will not save you. 15. 15 plants. 15/patient. It's not hard. Work with it, stop trying to make a mint with the legal way, go guerilla if you want to make money.

I am in no way shape or form condoning any illegal activities, my post is 100% for research only.
