Possible to be allowed more than fifteen?

Hello, my partner and I just got our medical certificates in WA and were wondering if the plant limitations apply if we are providing for dispensaries? Are there legal ways to grow more than 30 plants between us?

We had a 1 month perpetual harvest in mind, similar to the stinkbuddies system. We have a 1000 watt MH/HPS and digital ballast, 640 cfm 6" duct, air cooled hood, and an aeroflo20 site. We want to expand to have a second setup for flower cycle. But before we get too crazy I want to see if there are any loopholes to allow for more plants.

It would be ideal to have a three flowering units within 3-4 week lag of each other to allow for a perpetual harvest but to do 3 sets of five aeroponic setups doesn't really seem like it will provide enough. I want to be able to provide for ourselves and sign on as a vendor for dispensaries. What do the laws say about this? Thanks for the feedback!

NO. Pushed rules = pushed stools! Aeroflo systems are a terrible idea in your situation. You are obviously clueless. It's a shame that people like you are who the medical community in WA are relying on to supply them. Go back to working at McDonalds, please.

yeah your a tool. He is looking for ways to expand. Im willing to put money that a vast majority of people on here do NOT know the full legal lingo of medical marijuana. Which is probably why he is taking the easy route, asking someone that might actually know! Hell I dont even know all of it, but at least I dont claim to know everything or think Im the fucking shit! Ill ask, try, try again, change something up, ask some more, and guess what...come the end...my shit WILL be top notch. Why? Because I ask when needed, and I help when I can. Knowledge is power and will get you somewhere. I started looking into growing not even 2 weeks ago, just fucking wait till I start my journal and you see it come together. Im a noob myself, but guess what, a fucking smart mother fucker to.

Your type that holds himself on a high pedestal and needs to get knocked the fuck down a notch or two and back into reality. Help some people out for a change. You are not fucking god, you do not know everything, and I bet your shit isnt even that fucking great. Egotistical jackass.

Oh, please show how your math adds up.... undermining the legal + no respect for potential consequences = bad weed?

A+ dude. A fucking +.

This jackoff isn't trying to know the full legal lingo, he's trying to find a loop hole so that he can be a scoundrel and undermine the minor amount of protection under the law we've been given. How hard is that to comprehend? Are you stupid?

Apparently for you it is. :lol: You have to know the legal limbo to find the loop hole and effectively exploit it.

Ill exploit every loop hole possible in our fucked up legal system just to stick one to the man every chance I get. Our government is full of a bunch of selfish old fashioned crooks. See if I bow down to what they say just because its "what they say".

NEW SECTION. Sec. 403. (1) Qualifying patients may create and participate in collective gardens for the purpose of producing, processing, transporting, and delivering cannabis for medical use subject to the following conditions:
(a) No more than ten qualifying patients may participate in a single collective garden at any time;
(b) A collective garden may contain no more than fifteen plants per patient up to a total of forty-five plants;
(c) A collective garden may contain no more than twenty-four ounces

so if both you and your wife are caretakers with med cards and you each have one patient, then you can forma coop with up to 45 plants according to the law, and your excess can then be sold to the dispensaries,

Prefontaine, you are the noob. I have been growing cannabis since before you were sucking your priest's cock little boy! You need to pipe down and call a lawyer. Or, just wait for the cops to educate you. As dumb as you are there is no doubt in my mind you are going to experience a sheriff's boot to the back of the head any day now. The dumb ones always go down. Bub-bye.

seven hour work week doesnt seem to understand that when a caregiver has a med card, and is growing for a patient it is technically a co op garden, no where in the law does it specify that the day to day maintenance of that garden must be attended to by more than one caregiver,

maybe you should actually look at the law and try to figure out what it means, boi

Nowhere did I say, suggest or imply that a co-op garden had to be tended by one individual exclusively. Your ignorance and inability to comprehend the written word is pathetic and sad.

Look at the title of the post here tard, "possible to be allowed more than 15", and yes you can have 45 plants in your living room. whats hard to understand about that?

Also if you can show a medical need for more than 15 plants then you can have more than the legal maximum

uh oh, the troll that only seems to comment when it sees a chance to rip on an easy target is back, and this time he's calling people names, *shiver shiver shiver,

I'm so sorry to point out where you are flat out wrong, but the law specifically states that if a patient can show legitimate need for more than 15 plants at one time the patient may have that higher amount, of course you gotta have your ducks in order, but then you dont even have ducks do yuh sevenhourwelfairline?

I have not just owned you, I have poetically owned you. It has been fun. But, unlike you, I have a life. Unlike you, I can't be logged in at RIU all day long trolling. Sorry troll, no more food for you.
