Possible Root Problems

I transplanted these from a seed tray on Tuesday. I started the water level slightly high but I have lowered it to the bottom of the "net cup".

I am running beneficial bacteria and the roots seem to be growing like crazy. I do notice some dark spots though. I think I might want to increase the amount of bennies.

The plant in the middle is looking recovered but the plants on the left side are not doing as well. They are not getting worse from day to day but not getting better either. Are they just taking a little longer to get used to the new medium?

Basic Info:
Room temp: 72F
Humidity: 63%
Rez temp: 68
Nutes: CANNA VEGA A + B: 1.5 ml/gal, Cal-Mag 1.5 ml/gal, RhinoSkin: 1 ml/gal
PPM: 400-430
PH: 5.8 (5.5-6.2 checked 2 times per day)

Thanks

what lights?
can you dip out of the rez and top feed a couple of times a day till bigger, better. The brown roots look like they are air pruning themselves. Might not be enough bubbles.

@Bernie420 I have a 450w cob led fixture with smaller deep red leds and 4 qb120s 5000k. It has been raised up the past few days. I figured it would be easier on them.

I'll make sure to dip the roots every few hours and top feed them until they improve. The roots seem to be growing well since they started poking through the cup within 24 hours of going into hydro

Thanks

When I start my plants in the net lids, I will always top water until I get roots down into the rez. Bernie has the answer.

@GBAUTO The roots are looking much better now. Most of the plants have recovered but one is a little behind still.

The pictures dont do the roots complete justice. All the ones I saw are all nice and light.

I did notice the inside of the rez seems slightly slimy. Is this just from the beneficial bacteria?

Also the ph seems to be very unstable. Is about 4 hours it raise by at least 1.

Sadly I now realize CANNA does not have micro nutrients (at least from what I can tell) Next time I will be trying dynagrow.
