possible phosphorus problem in week 4

I messed up !!! I'm experiencing phosphorus deficiency and hopefully she pulls through I was improperly balancing my ph before I added nutes and maybe over fed nutes as well and now my plants have locked up. after I zeroed in on the problem I flushed with 6.5 ph water it was 5.8 when I fed them thinking it was 6.5 and 1 plant also looks like it has way to much nitrogen. I'm in week 4 day 33 in a 4x4 tent with a 600w light. temps are 25C and my RH is 60% I immediately flushed with ph corrected water and cut out the calmag. any suggestions on what else I could be doing to counter act this would be awesome thanks guys 20180727_035623.jpg 20180727_035559.jpg 20180727_035648.jpg 20180727_035551.jpg

rust colored spots on the leaves with yellowing and some leaf edges are folding. it could be a ph issue as the main problem. I did as much research as I could and this is what I came up with so no I'm not 100% positive. was hoping someone more knowledgeable could identify it better

Cb,
What medium are you in. When you start a thread with a diagnosis already made...well people shy away. So lets just say you have a plant problem and you need help.

I see some chevron pattern that could be Mg or K deficiency. So what nutrients are you using?

thanks for the posting advice I'll definitely take it for next time. I am using promix as a medium with general hydroponics nutes calmag and big bud from advanced I'm in week 4 and my ppm was 630 but if backed it off to 500 for the first feed after watering with a ph of 6.5

I assume you're talking about the yellowing on some leaves. what are you spraying on them, and can you get a close up of one of those affected leaves

I am not using any foliar spray I'll snap a pic but my lights are on right now I might have a pic from 2 days ago
I see white spots all over the plant in pic one? So youve got some minor Heat burn (a little tacoing on the edges). I see the yellowing but if you're using a pH of 5.8 in soil you were probably locking out, that might account for it, you've made Corrections so check the new growth and see how it looks going forward

here are a few better pics of what's going on

Cb,
I don't know...just seems like a straightforward Mg deficiency. Add some epsom salts to the mix and move on...

What he said! :) If it doesn't stop progressing afterwards, at least you'll be able to cross Mg off of the list of possibilities. You've caught it pretty early it appears, should be alright.

G'day blazer,

Out of curiosity-

What's the ph of your medium?
Npk%? Specifically potassium.

Looks low in K to me. Excess potassium will lock itself out. So wil a low ph.
Potassium deficiency will appear often, as fading fan leaves, and calmag deficiency.

Good luck
Hope you find your cause, and recover before the harvest.

Tim.

:peace:

Being in flower, and needing more potassium right now, than anything else.
Really wouldn't surprise me if it's low K.
Do check your ph first though. Make sure it isn't lockout.

I'm not sure what the medium ph is I'm gonna do another flush tomorrow with 6.5 ph water and measure the run off and check but I'm sure it's close to 7 I flush weekly but if it's not lockout I'll bump up the k a bit and see if that helps
