Possible pest?

I just noticed this and it seems to be only just starting, I just hit it with some insecticide w/neem Its almost 1 week into flower. Just hit 12/12 Friday.

Just curious what this is. Google has only told me About mites and Whiteflys etc the more common ones.

And if I should splurge for some azamax just to be safe?

Are any bugs visible if you look REAL close at the leaves and the underneath of them?

No I haven't found anything. Other than a friendly jumping spider who found his way into my tent.
