Since u didn't give any info on whhat ur feeding or the medium ur growing in I can only guess the problem. It does look like a def of one kind or another combined with other problems. The grow is severely hampered and my advice is to reevaluate both ur medium and ur feeding schedule. Try to catch problems early before they look that bad.
U might want to try a simple soil grow using an all purpose fertilizer like MG or Peters. My suspicion is u may have bought into the hydro store hype and overdid it with high priced cannabis specific nutes which can lead to major problems
