Possible Mold and Pest Invasion

possibly important info:
I started my first grow, and my plan is starting indoors, ending outdoors. Right now, since I didn't want to spend hundreds on my first grow, I have 10 seedlings in a sterilized seedling tray, sitting in a plastic tub, with 2 fluorescent grow lights hanging in the bottom of the lid set on a 15/9 schedule, which I calculated by the sun schedule where I live. It's hard to keep the air fresh because I need to keep the box covered and very hidden, so the humidity goes up and the air gets kind of stale. Today I got home from work and checked the babies out, one is leading the pack and is about an inch, give or take a half, out of the soil already, the others range from still trying to fully break surface and half an inch. I watered them, the soil wasn't too dry, but light brown was starting to show a little.

actual problem:
I was just watching them in fascination at the essence of life in my control, and then i saw a red bug crawling on the edge of the tray. I killed it and from what I've read in preparation of my grow, was probably a red mite, and then I saw another bug, which looked like either a baby mosquito or a gnat. Killed that as well. And then I saw white mass on the edge of one of the tray pockets stuck to some of the wood in the soil, and as far as I can conclude, was probably mold. That was the only place I could see the mold. When will I be able to move the seedlings outside, even if it means building a shelter? Because I don't have confidence in the setup I currently have.
