Possible hermies please take a look

Here is a Dutch Passion Blueberry and Dutch Passion White Widow, from feminized seeds, currently in their 9th week (4th week of bloom). They were started from seed. It's a hydro setup, with 4 gallon pods, and GH nutes straight from their simple recipe guide. Buds are airy and I see what looks like pollen sacks but I'm not sure. Hermies or just stressed? I did have to snap a few branches over because they got too tall on me and I feel like I probably over reached. Sorry about the 600w HPS being on - will try to take better pics right after light goes off if needed.

what exactly do you think is the hermie part?

I don't see anything on your plant to show a hermie, but did anyone notice the leaves curling on the buds? I've been having some problems with that too, about half my buds leaves are curling down and under like that (clawing) and the other half are fine.

Over watering. Your roots are sitting in stagnant water.
