yeah looks like a hermie to me, a clearer pic would be gread (of the balls)
is it your only plant? if so pluck em and let her keep on growing...unless it seems to be really really swarmed with male flowers (balls) then the seed count wont be huge and you can still get some decent smoke.
i had a blue rhino plant hermie on me, plucked the few balls when i seen them and let it ride...son of a bitch yeilded me over 1/4 lb of dry bud..had a few seeds here and there but was well worth keeping around.

I'm not sure, it was just bag seed. It was topped and has four main shoots, which have about 5-7 of these ball looking things, none of the lower shoots have them.
