Here's is my current layout i did in AutoCAD. The bottom box is for a PSU to power the fans. I can put a fan ontop of it as only an exhaust if needed.

Now what my problem is, Where would be the best location for an Exhaust fan and an Intake Fan.

The only options for fans are the back portion of my box.

Would an exhaust fan on top be best cause hot air rises?

thanks

yep exhaust at the top and intake at the bottom or somewheres in the middle. you def want an exhaust fan up near the light at the top.

well the lights are going to be centered. So should i do 1 intake right above the psu box, and 1 exhaust at the very top of the back. btw, do cfls produce lots of heat?

or, two intakes and 1 exhaust at top, and one on side near the top of box
??

put the exhaust at the top for sure. intake at the bottom and try to put on opposite sides from each other to create an air flow. you can even put the intake on the bottom(floor.)
