Pop up while using RIU

The last couple of days I've been getting the following pop-up warning while on RIU.
I have not seen it while on other web sites.

The current webpage is trying to open a site in your trusted sites list.
Current site: Drads.net
Trusted Site: res://ieframe.dll

Is this Adware? Spyware? Other?
Anyone have input?

Sorry I did not reply, it was our old adserver trying to serve ads that were not there

Ok, now I'm getting the following pop-ups everytime I refresh.

I am able to turn on the P/U blocker & keep them out, but its the first time I've had to do this.
WTF now?

I'm having the same issue I had to switch to safari and activate the pop-up blocker. I was getting 10-12 windows at a time popping up.
