The last of my WW and BB seeds have been planted and are now in veg. At this point I don’t even know yet if I will have any girls or not…. but I’m hoping
If I get a girl or two and a boy or two I’d like to produce some seeds so I don’t have to buy them again, but I don’t want the whole plant seeded. In the book I have it says you can pollinate a single flower (carefully with a small paint brush) and cover with a plastic baggie and twist tie to keep the pollen from pollinating the other flowers.
Here is my question…. If I do this, how long do I keep the baggie on the flower? (the book doesn’t say). It seems to me I wouldn’t want to keep the baggie on for long as no fresh air is getting to the flower and a baggie under a HID light seems like a bad idea for a significant period of time. So how long does the baggie need to stay on before I can remove it and spray with water to kill any remaining active pollen?
