I was thinking I got couple of autos and and lets say I wanna pollinate couple of bud sites but can I use two diffident male strains pollens on one female ?

yes and no. Sure you can do it, but it is likely the wind will blow pollen to the other branches so you will have no way of truly knowing which seed is which... No matter how careful you are likely to be fooled by what loves to transport pollen, the wind.
Yes you can turn off all fans in ur room collect ur pollen get a small paint brush pick the female that you want to Polinate find one branch that you mark with a twist tie and Polinate the tip of it with the paint brush and that will b for one male then find another branch and repeat the same process then you will know which one has what pollen on it wait two or three hours b4 you turn ur fans back on then spray the tips that have been pollinated down with water to make sure loose pollen don't fly around ur grow room

yeah thx for the help that's a great idea but I have it outdoor so it will be a little bit tricky but I give it a try . The males are starting to flower soon .
