pollenated?

so im outside checking on my girls and there looks like there might be seeds on my buds, wtf? ive made sure that all the males were removed b4 the flowers ever even opened...im thinking one of my neighbors may be growing ,how far can the male flower pollenate? and also how much longer til harvest about??? :weed:

I dont see any evidence of seeds.
Pollenation can occur within the distance that the birds and bees can fly.
The wind can also pollenate plants.
Your plants look as though they need around 6 - 8 weeks more grow time.
