pls help plant look like dieing

hps was a lil too low put back up 2 days ago they stilll look bad i think its burned but not sure, but would appreciate some1 opinion what i shld do also i have some metal tape on dwc lid some bottom leavs look worse so i was thinking maybe the tape and light being too close? should i remove tape?

got fan in window temp down to 80 opend closet doors to get better flow,plants still look same and i was thinking of getting dual direction window fan and put box over each 1 and cut a duct vent hole and put 1 as exhaust on top of closet and intake 1 in bottom dose that sound like it will work efficent enough?
