so i was wondering if u can mix a nutes if its in small amounts. i have one that i normally use but there is some type of deficiency going on so i was wondering if i could mix them. probably will add a small amount of MG all purpose lol. its like plant tylenol. if you dont know whats wrong but know its a defic then some MG probably has what its lacking.

just wondering if i can mix a little.

Mixing nutes is fine, but the problem probally lies in your soil ph and possible fertilizer salt buildup lockout if youve been feeding it.

if that is the case how would i go about fixing that?? gets fed every other watering. one just water and the other is a little higher alkaline water with nutes added.

little reddish/brownish crispy spots forming. i think they start yellow. also the leaves are a little hard or scruffy and some split a little if completely folded. the plant is currently in flowering. not sure what week but probably late middle.

by all means you can mix. PH lockout is common, but doesn't have to be the answer. For instance, when I started I was using 0 tds RO/DI water with fish emulsion. After a few weeks I started getting deff issues, and started mixing in micro nutes (mostly mag and cal). You certainly want to verify the PH first though, if that is wrong, you might not have a real deficiency, and adding more nutes could exacerbate your problem (lockouts).

At the same time, if you're in flowering, especially toward the end, what you are describing could be 100% normal... pictures would help :)

run 3 times as much water as you have soil through the soil. It sounds like slight overfeeding leading to fertilizer salt buildup which then stops the plant from uptaking nutes and form a def. while the continued feeding of nutes built up more and more since the plant cant uptake whats already in the soil so even though your feeding on the same schedule and everything you get both nute defeciency and nute burn.

id say its toward late middle/end. its got some nice buds lol

i forgot to mention that this sativa that normally takes BS from anything that isnt just right for it(very sensitive and gets stressed easily) is perfectly fine getting the same schedule as the other that is in late flowering. its not having any problems what so ever. its still in early stage of flowering.

idk if that is of any relevance but i thought id mention it
