i got 12 autoflowers coming in this week and i think i have a HUGE problem with my closet ..... on my first grow they were all definatly females but the started to flower and just stopped???? the closet is REALLY small 2andhalfft wide 4andahalfft long my last grow was really just thrown togather last minute from some bagseeds i need to get this problem fixed asap because these expensive seeds will be here this week....annd since the closet so small we can only have alot of little pots we also have a hydroponic system in there but i notced last time the temp would get up to 95 with the fan on them i have 250 metal halide hanging from roof and florescences on the side 100 wats i dont no why the last plants didnt flower but we already threw them out getting ready for the next grom how will autoflowers do in this set up???

Your overwatering it. Also, make sure autoflowers get 20 hours of light on 4 hours light off. They use much more hours than standard 12/12.

Also, the plant is perspiring too much because you are at 95(f). The plant will focus ALL of its energy at that temperature in staying alive which is protecting the leaves and stems. Install a simple exhaust fan going above your closet.

how does the set up sound for a SUPER small closet tho and they arent flowering from overwatering?

It's tough to say why they arent flowering. You've given us no information to work with -- nothing but the room size and that you use bag seeds and temperatures are too high. Picture a corn farmer asking an expert farmer why he cant grow corn, and just saying that he has seeds that are shit and temperatures that are way too high.

If you can reply with some actual info like ppm, ph, growing medium, watering schedule, pictures of the actual room, how far into veg/flower they are, then you might get a more informative reply. A picture and background information go a long way....

we are just using soil with miricle grow in it but i do feel like they have been overwatered bout 2 times aday for the soil then we spray the leaves down we were 2 months into flowering and the flower things poped out but never bud???we had a ponic system we were using clay pallets im not sure on the ph tho..... will the halide and florescence do ok for the autoflowers im going to upload some more pictures in a lil bit i appreciate it brros

When you over water them you basically drown the roots so the roots then end up getting mushy and will die. If the roots cant provide nutrients to the plant (or provide too many or too little or the wrong pH buffer outside of 5.6-6.4) the plant will just basically die. Its the same as feeding you two dozen hamburgers a day and 20 gallons of water as a human. You'll be dead in a few weeks.

Picture the plant smooshed down into a jar. That's how much water you water the plant. Wait until the soil is DRY before you re-water, probably every few days not a few times a day.

Miracle Grow will give you shit. Go to a hydro store and buy some nutrients for about $30.

The MH/Flouro will do OK, but not as good as a HPS will for autoflowers or any strain for that matter.

On your ponic system using clay pellets (Hydroton probably), if you dont know the pH and dont even have nutrients, well then, you cant live without food as a human and you'd be dead too.

I suggest this with the most sincerity -- watch a grow dvd or two. Youtube has tons of them in multi part sections and thepiratebay.org search for marijuana will show a ton of movies too. You'd learn a real lot real fast and begin to understand the stages of pot and how it grows.
