this plant is on Day 15 from germing. Its quite apparent that its stunted as shit, for reasons unknown to me.
I'm using a LOT of CFL's (6500k), ProMix BX (added perlite, peat, and EWC).
Light Cycle: 24/0
Temps: 73-78
Humidity: 50-60
Wateringlain distilled H20, every few days when soil appears dried.
Whats up with the drooping and this crazy shit on the leaf?

Did you spill water on that leaf? Maybe they need to be transplanted into a larger container. Have you PH'd your water? Are you feeding them?
