I just put together my ebb and flow hydroponic system and even transplanted my ladies for the soild there were in to rockwool is that ok? I ended up snaping both stems towards the bottom of the root and not sure if its going to still grow? I soaked the rockwool in a nute solution and then transplanted to bigger pots with hydrotons, will they survive eventhough i snaped the bottom root? And when should i start feeding them by flooding the system? They are only a week old and about 3-4 inches tall!! PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE, OR INFO

OK try to get the plant back up straight tie it to a stick or something.
3 to4 " tall I gotta tell you this happened to me and they didn't make it. I know u didn't want to hear that....But maybe you'll be OK.

Well i first germed the seeds i had and then once the sprouted i put them into miracle grow and a 42w CFL light for the time being. Then about 6 days later they were showing progress so i thought about it and bought a 2x2 ebb and flow starter system and nutes kit. I havent bought the 400w HPS with switchable ballast yet but going to do that on friday. So what i did was take the ladies out of the soil i was using and tried to guide it into the rockwool hole but the root was too long on the both of them so i tried to pack it down the hole as much as i can so the plant was sticking out about 2-3 inches, but i ended up breaking the bottom half of both roots when i was trying to pack it in and now they are in 5inx5in plastic pots and under the CFL i have. So my only question at this point is should i try to feed them as regular(3 times daily for about 15mins) or should i just wait to add any nutes and see what happens???

sorry for the confusion, let me know if i still dont make any sense. thx again

OK u just broke the roots...thats OK..they will live. I would go about your normal feeding however you do it.
I thought u broke the stem...
you know u might want to do a little research on this site about when to add nutes to seeddling...I'm a clone guy and haven't had that much luck with seeds.
