It is no lie that prop 19 is a legal nightmare. I personally think the opposition is blowing that out of proportion a bit but all in all prop 19 is poorly written. I am urging everybody to vote YES on 19 because it will be a statement about how we feel as a state about marijuana legalization.
If you are still undecided please consider the fact that even if we all vote yes on 19 it wont pass. The national government has already stated that if it passes they will be enforcing national law and weed will not become legal in california.
This is nothing but a huge statement put on the ballot. Theres no way prop 19 will be the proposition that legalizes weed. It wont do anything if we vote yes or if we vote no. So please please please have some sensibility to see that although it is poorly written we NEED to vote YES because we need to tell the world that california wants legalization. The national government has already said no but if we say yes than we can start the debate.
