Do you water in between your feedings? That's more essential than anything. It sounds like your plants aren't suffering from a nute burn, but rather a lack of water and bad pH. I've noticed white stuff on my leaves when the pH is much different in what I'm feeding than whats in the soil (big pH changes can be bad). Growing in 3 gallon pots means a lot more stuff stays in the soil so you have to give it a good flush. I'm quickly learning that it takes 9 gallons of water to flush a single 3 gallon pot once, correctly. There's so much stuff on here about overwatering that I think it scares people into underwatering. If neither of those are your problem then see if those traits are normal for the strain. Your plants might be stretching too for the lights too if they're 3 feet indoors already and they're indicas (blue cheese is 80% indica). My indicas are 3 feet and they're on their last weeks under a 600watt HPS.

The more info and pics you can provide, the better people on RIU can help.

You really expect us to tell you what is going on by just describing it??? How are you sure your describing the right things? Get some pics before you post with the idea your gonna have someone pull an answer out of nowhere.

U really should post a pic. My guess is, Your PH at the root zone is too high. Flush with 5.5ph & e.c. of 1.8 - 2.0 nutes until the runoff PH is @ 6 - 6.5

I'm sure that's all he needs to worry about.

Why don't you post pics, so we can give you some useful info.
True, it takes a hell of a lot of luck to get to the bottom of someones prob w/o a pic. One persons idea of twisty leaves, brown spots, or whatever is different from the next guys.
If they dont help us help them, by laying out a photo they are the ones who get to run around spending cash, and losing bud weight on the wrong diagnosis.
