Supply air to the roots via an air pump and some 'Weeping water hose' ??
Has anyone actually tried somthing like this?
I have made the model you see in the pics to trial in my next grow which is going in on Friday.

What do you think?

Alright Chap, This idea works, its been modified many times too. Theres a few things you need to change.

From the air pump, you need simple water tube, not the fizz type your using, the water tube needs to be long enough to reach into the pot - attach a T-Piece at the end - attach your fizz tube to each end, so that now you have a circle fizz tube. Next, at the opposite side of the circle from the T-piece, cut the fizz tube in half and add another T-Piece, attach here, facing in towards the circle, add a small 2 or 3" length of fizz tube and attach another T-Piece. What you want to do here is create another small fizz tube circle in the center of the large circle. Doing this you will cover all the area of the roots, but not dry them too much.

Make sure (if using canna/soil) you feed so that you completely soak the mix, with fizz tubes you dont need to worry about over watering.

The only problem with your mock up is that your using way too much fizz tube and also you should only use fizz tube under the media. Dont connect it to the pump, air is escaping and not pushing the way you want it to go.

Youve probably got enough fizz tube t do 4 pots from what i can see in the pics.
