I found it crawling around the grow room and snagged it up. It's still alive.

Looks like a Scorpionfly ~~~> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mecoptera

It sorta looks like one, if that is the case should I worry? wikipedia says nothing about them being plant eaters

here is a picture of him de-winged, so you can get a better look at him

I've never heard of them being a problem but I can imagine you'd want anything like that hanging around an indoor grow.
