This is my first grow and I am completely clueless and learning as I go. I started on a whim in May with bag seed in pots and outdoors, just to see if it could be done. I have only used regular soil, tap water, and natural sunshine. Long story short, I ended up with 6 healthy females. 4 *hermied* due to improper conditions and I am only left with 2.

I live in the Northeast United States and our weather SUCKS(80 degrees F/humid one day and 50 degrees F and damp the next). I started 12 outdoors 12 indoors in a dark closet weeks ago and they are progressing nicely. However we are currently have a cold snap and scared to death to put them outdoors for their 12 hour light.

My question is, is it possible to finish them out in front of a full sunlight window indoors for their 12 hours of light?? I am sooooo close I can smell it (literally and figuratively), and don't want to screw it up now!!! PLEASE HELP!

No way. You will need a lot of light. Well you might end up with something in the sun but it won't be worth the effort.
