Please help,yellow dots and another one drooping.

Plants were lightly overwatered 2 days ago,leaves were drooping after I sprayed some water,yesterday overnight all fixed,day after today,I didnt water nomore,Plant:
1. Is drroping like crazy again! And yesterday was all fine,whts going on with it???
2. Lower leaves dying,yellow spots on plant,just started today,what can be the problem?
I repear,yesterday was all good,and I havent watered them :O Pls help

Some more about,there are drainge holes in bottom,with some perlite mixed,roots are showing throu bottom,but ive been told 1gal pots are still enought for 1-2 weeks more.Plants are 19 days old.No nutes yet.Ph soil is 5-5,6.5,PH water i use is around 6.2-6.8,I lower ph with lemon juice,and keep tap water for 24+ hours plus stand before watering.

second pic from the bottom looks like a mite infestation. get those bitches early, and on a plant that size make sure you DIP the entire plant in whatever you want to treat it with, and don't forget to treat the top of the soil also.
