Hey guys, i have a cab thats 36" w x18" d x 48" tall, my exhaust is a 160 cfm 4" inline. Heres my question, i insist on using a series of 2" holes for my passive intake, so, to be at 4x the area of my 4" exhaust, how many 2" holes for my passive intake? Trying to get better airflow for a little drop in my temp. Thanks in advance for any help.

u need 4 2 inch holes

a passive intake should be double the exhaust .....u are using 4inch so u need 8 inches worth of passive intake space

Thank you. Im actually still looking to go a little bigger. I want 4x, just dont know how many 2" holes that equates to. But i understand what your saying.

A = πr2
A=3.14*4 A=12.56 square inches for 4 inch circle
A=3.14*1 A=3.14 Square inches for 2 inch circle

4*12.56=50.24/3.14=16 2 inch square holes
