Some one quit feeding his plant... Leaves will turn on you if you quit feeding it.... then it takes the nutes from leaves to finish...
I see lots of white hairs that need to recede back into bud...
Two three more weeks?

Yes you can when they finish budding. They look about half way done. Let them fatten up.

Yes I'm using all the correct nutrients my set up is hydro I'm using flora grow series ? You think it's really the nutrients.

Today I will change the water and add the nutrients again .hope fully that will help
