Please help what are these bugs killing my plants

I have small yellow rice shaped bugs eating all my new growth there very hard to see about the same size as spidermites. The new growth turns brown and the plants die.

I had the same problem. I co2 the crap out of the place 4 times over 3 days and it stopped. It also helped muh plants. But I also had the same problem on a tomatilla or however you spell it.. Noticed that they were coming from the ground.. My grow inside was affected by my outdoor grow.
But relax. There are many things you can do about this. But start with a dandelion spray. Dandelions have remarkable bug removing properties. Simply pick some, boil them (stem, leaves, everything) in a hot kettle with very little water, drain water into a spray bottle after its cooled down. Spray your plants....

Do you know what kind of bug they are so I can do more research? Aphids? I know spidermites and these are not them but are similar in size and how the infestation is but no webs
