Please Help, Weak Stem

My babies are into their 4th week and all looking ok except one, the plant had fallen in the night and when i looked closely at it, it appears that the stem has not 'thickened' all the way, the weak lighter green part is about half an inch in length. Just above the soil level the stem looks thin and a lighter green colour than the rest of the stem, for now i have propped it up and hope this will sort itself out. should i leave it to sort itself or should i build the soil medium up to where the weak point ends? The plant is not stretched at all I dont understand why this has happened...Any help or advise would be appreciated...

What I do with a weak stem is blow some air on it...a very small fan will work. Yu need to hold it up with something until it takes effect. I have done this twice now with great results.

When i noticed it had fallen i move a couple of dry rockwool cubes from around the stem, thats when i noticed it was a shade lighter and thinner than the rest of the stem, so you reckon just prop it up for now and wait/ My airflow is good and i have oscilating fans running.

try bending the stem back and forth careful dont break it but if u bend it back and forth its suppose to make for a stronger and thicker stem in the future

I've heard of the 'bending' method but this part of the stem looks far too fragile at the mo, i'll prop it and leave a day or so and keep an eye on it. thanks anyway
