Please help W/ cfls for grow cabnet....

read in the grow FAQ it goes into great detail on lights lumes and coverage...good luck...rob

You're going to need to veg with - Full Spectrum Daylight 6500K

And flower with Spring Lamp - White 3000K

Start off with 65W, two or three max. Heat is going to be your biggest issue, so bringing in fresh air(from the bottom of the cabinet) is a must and so isn't exhausting the heat(from the top).
