PLEASE HELP!! Seeds wont grow

I have some autoflowering double diesel that i germinated and put in rockwool tablets. they wont pop out and i can see that they arent dead but its been about 9 days. Should i take them out and plant them or something or what can i do. They are in a humidity dome that i cant get above 30RH.

a 4 ft 4 bulb t5 20k lumes

i cracked my rock wool once because i had some white widow seed that were having the same problem but very gently can u seee if there r still alive if so just help them little if u crack the rockwool a little keep updated

i cracked it ill try that but should i try cutting them out and putting the seedlings in 2 gal pots if i cant get them going its been real long.
