Please help! Not sure whats going on

Hey guys,

I was away for a month and had a friend tending my plant, and came back to this..

It fell over in the wind but has been propped up and i think its okay. can anyone tell me what to do about this problem? most of the main bud sites look the same way

I THINK IT NEED N BROTHER... FEED IT SOME BAT GUANO OR ANYTHING HIGH IN NITRO.... I USUALLY DO MEXICAN BAT GUANO.

Check your soil ph first looks like a. Nitrogen def .

Yes ph remember urine has high amounts of ammonia thus changing the ph in your soil.

I'd be more concerned about the Phosphorus and Potassium deficiencies going on.
