Please help me maximize my new grow space

I'm prepping a new space which is approximately 12'x30', however I would like to keep the permanent grow areas restricted to under 12'x18'. The plan is to have a sealed room with DWC, up to 12 600w HPS bulbs, and a chiller cooling system for flowering. I'll set up a veg room for the mother and aeroponic cloning trays.

I really like the idea of using a chiller to cool my sealed hoods and reservoir. I understand a 2HP chiller provides ~24k BTU of cooling which equates to roughly 2,400w. Is this the best way to go?

The electrician should be coming in a couple weeks to put in a new sub-panel so my main priority at the moment is to figure out the ideal setup so he can set up the panel with enough capacity for future expansion. If I plan on providing 3amps for each 600w light that's up to 36 amps for the flowering lights. Add a 2HP chiller using 11 amps and we're already approaching 50 amps of 240v power. I already have several 120v outlets so I should have enough power already run to support the lighter equipment like fans and fluorescent lights.

Here's my tentative layout:

I'm planning on building 2x4 walls with plastic or panda film stretched to provide a light barrier. The outer walls will have insulation and drywall. The floor is sealed and I'll stretch/staple plastic across the ceiling studs to prevent odor/air leaks.

Tips on hardware or layout would be greatly appreciated.
