Please Help!, leaves curling, spots on the inside

Hey guys, this is my first set up, I have a 5ht x5w x2 deep box, 400w HPS, 5gallon GH hydroponic reservoir, and mixed a small solution of gro/micro/bloom (I believe, not home right now). For the pots I also have worm castings and guano when it'll flower. The box I divided into two sections, one for veg and one for flowering. The light is 18/6
I'm at a very early stage though, these plants are about 15-19 days old. I have decided to try both soil and hydro setups. I used MG, which now I regret as I've read a lot of people complaining that it burns plants, and that's one of my questions. I don't have a good camera, but I think they're getting a little nute burned from the MG.. What would you suggest? I sprinkled a little of worm castings on top after I saw a little yellowing I heard you can't burn a plant with castings, but the MG seems to be burning them anyway. And there is a spot on one of the guys in the pot.
Another thing, in the hydro setup I have 5 weed plants and one flower (my girlfriend and I test-drove the system before buying the seeds), so ignore the flower :). The plant in the back is curling up and seems to be drying up (PIC3), even though it's green. It also has brownish spots in the inner side of the leaf. I thought it's the heat and raised the HPS, but nothing changed. Can't be overwatering in a hydro system, can it? Instructions said for established plants day=on and night=off, but right now I have it in 18/6. I have other plants that seem to be flourishing in the same nute soup in the hydro bucket, as you can see in the pics, why the inconsistency?. And I have another plant that seems to be going the way of the curled up one, and I don't know what's up.
I have temp about 75, hp at 6 roughly, humidity at 30-45%. There doesn't seem to be much heat, but I have a hard time keeping it cool with the door closed, the Nutone bathroom fan I bought seems to be pretty crappy, but I'll eventually get a Whisper or some sort of vortex, for now I'm leaving a crack for air to escape. I know i need oscillating fan, I'll get it soon. But the temp seem steady, as the humidity. Any suggestions, comments, advice? I can't figure out why the little guy is all curled up :( Help me save my girls (hopefully)!

Thanks in advance!!

You didn't mention Ph.
Yeah I did, I wrote that ph is at around 6.

I can't believe no one can help me with this, I've seen ridiculous questions in broken English answered in minutes, why can't someone help with a legitimate problem? I don't mean to sound like I'm entitled to an answer, but I really need some advice, I know there are enough experienced people here.

Anyone?

Never grown soil, hydro guy, I don't think your suppose to use hydro nutes in soil. The plants are so small they don't need much food. Your pics make it a pain in the ass to read, widens screen, that might be one of the reasons people are not helping you

looks like a hydro setup ....
you put the plant in the hydroton way to fast...... make sure the roots that are hanging below the basket are DEFINITELY IN THE nutrient mix... the roots should be in contact with the nute mix..

another comment ... never use hydro nutes with soil .... 2 completely different mixes ...

soil mixes are much stronger than hydro ..... :)

hope that helps....

Thanks a lot for the replies, I think I did put hydro nutes in soil. I got worm castings though so that what I'll be using now.
The plants are getting much better now though, I tweaked some settings with light, nutes, etc.
Thanks for the help guys!
